Royalton New York Hotel, New York City

I felt like royalty from the moment I entered. The hotel is one of the most beautiful places I've been to in New York. The rooms have everything one could need, and the top-floor bar is excellent. Although the rooms could use some renovation, I'm delighted we chose this hotel for our NY trip. Looking forward to enjoying all the Big Apple has to offer!

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's prime location just off 5th Ave and a stone's throw from Rockefeller Center. The rooms, although slightly smaller than expected based on online images, were still very nice and welcoming. The price was a bit on the higher side for what was offered, but overall a great stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated, but it would have been nice to have sealed plastic cups before 9 am. The service was exceptional, with the staff proving their incredible customer focus by taking care of our immediate needs and providing helpful recommendations. The location was incredible, allowing me to easily reach top attractions like Times Square, 5th Avenue, and Grand Central. The dining experience at the Red Flame was a bit overpriced for what you receive, but the facilities were great.

I was given a key to the business classroom, and it made me feel amazing at this hotel. However, the rooms felt a bit worn down and not fresh. It was great to have small essentials like sealed plastic cups available, though.
