Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of midtown NYC, making it amazing for Broadway shows and exploring the city. The rooms, with a really great bathroom, were quiet and spacious, especially for a NYC hotel room. The service received was excellent, from recorded none of the information in our client folio to the time we left, with very nice and helpful staff. The dining experience was a bit overpriced for what you receive, but I was greeted with lovely staff. The facilities met expectations, making for a comfortable stay; however, the pricing for additional services needs clarity.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were a great size, clean, and well air-conditioned, though the units were a bit noisy. The service was always helpful and upbeat. The location was ideal, just a few minutes' walk from Times Square, Grand Central, and the city bus terminal. The dining options were a bit limited but satisfactory. Overall, a comfortable and convenient choice in NYC.
I felt like royalty from the moment I entered. The hotel is one of the most beautiful places I've been to in New York. The rooms have everything one could need, and the top-floor bar is excellent. Although the rooms could use some renovation, I'm delighted we chose this hotel for our NY trip. Looking forward to enjoying all the Big Apple has to offer!
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's prime location just off 5th Ave and a stone's throw from Rockefeller Center. The rooms, although slightly smaller than expected based on online images, were still very nice and welcoming. The price was a bit on the higher side for what was offered, but overall a great stay.
The hotel is a mixed bag - the rooms are clean and sizable but suffer from loud outside noise on the 14th floor. The service is extremely warming and welcoming, with friendly and informative staff. The location is convenient for exploring major attractions, although the area is too dark. The dining options are disappointing with limited choices and overpriced items.
The hotel's rooms may not live up to the online pictures and descriptions but are surprisingly spacious for New York City. The service was top-notch with very friendly and helpful staff, plus convenient amenities. The location is excellent for exploring the city, although some may find it a bit far from certain attractions. The dining experience, while good, lacked some high-end options expected from a hotel of this caliber. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service but some room for improvement in dining offerings.
The hotel offers very spacious rooms, a great layout, and a comfortable bed, making it a pleasant stay. However, there were unexpected charges and inconsistencies with parking rates that affected the overall experience negatively.
The hotel room was spacious, comfortable, and quirky, though a bit noisy due to the old air-conditioning. Despite being smaller than expected from the website pictures, it offered a unique and cozy stay. The service was outstanding, with a particularly helpful and friendly staff member attending to us. The location was incredible, close to major attractions and public transportation, making it a great base for exploring Manhattan. The dining options were limited and somewhat pricey, but the overall facilities were satisfactory.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were striking and boutique hotel-oriented, comfortable and clean, but it was extremely hot, and I couldn't cool off easily. The service was friendly and helpful, though there were some issues with entering our room without knocking early. The location was fantastic, being just a block away from Times Square, perfect for shopping and close to major attractions. The dining experience was average, and the facilities were great.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated, but it would have been nice to have sealed plastic cups before 9 am. The service was exceptional, with the staff proving their incredible customer focus by taking care of our immediate needs and providing helpful recommendations. The location was incredible, allowing me to easily reach top attractions like Times Square, 5th Avenue, and Grand Central. The dining experience at the Red Flame was a bit overpriced for what you receive, but the facilities were great.
I was given a key to the business classroom, and it made me feel amazing at this hotel. However, the rooms felt a bit worn down and not fresh. It was great to have small essentials like sealed plastic cups available, though.
